Undertaken as part of a larger design team, the Radbrook Masterplan involved the creation of over a hundred purpose-built homes and the renovation of a long-standing turn of the century college into multiple apartments.

A total of fifteen house types were created; contemporary in style and carefully laid out with consideration to topographical, ecological and other site-specific factors. The project was worked on in Revit to BIM Level 2 standards.
