Situated in the heart of Bradford City Centre, this project is a conversion of an existing commercial development across two floors. The existing ground floor is a sub-division of the floor area providing three independent commercial units. On the first floor, the existing commercial area has been entirely converted to residential floorspace. 

Five luxury studio apartments are designed with independent access from ground floor level. Each apartment has a unique layout due to the nature of the existing building. The layouts are modelled with reference to the London Design Guide and the furniture and fittings are a bespoke specification.
