Morf Architecture were appointed as Architect and Contract Administrator for this project involving the creation of much needed office space in the existing industrial unit of Alatas. Alatas are an international organisation offering crane services across a variety of industries.

The project brief involved creating an internal extension within the workshop space with new workspaces. Soundproofing the construction was of utmost importance due to the proximity of high tech machinery.

Initially a mezzanine space was proposed which was value-engineered during the design stage to a ground floor extension.
