In order to evolve this bungalow into a fit for purpose large family home, a new floor level has been introduced. This involves creating a new raised roof with dormers on either side. Following this, a complete internal refurbishment has been proposed to supplement the new increased footprint. 

A large two storey rear extension is also proposed allowing for a spacious kitchen and dining space at ground floor level, and a large bedroom at first floor. New windows are also situated on the front and rear gables allowing for vantages from the bedrooms to either end of the property.
