This project consisted of designing two high-end bespoke developments for private clients; one of whom was heavily involved in the creation of the TV series ‘The Walking Dead’. The location of the site is within dense woodland along a riverbank in Shrewsbury.

Due to the inconsistent site topography, the development lends itself to a design incorporating modern architectural characteristics such as planar forms, large expanse of glazing and open-plan expansive internal spaces. The project was designed to BIM Level 2 and novated to a contractor post RIBA Stage 4.
